These terms govern the Time To Build Membership 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (the "Guarantee") offered by Noske Creative Pty Ltd ("Noske Creative", "we", "our", or "us"), ABN 40 678 027 051, in connection with the Time To Build Membership ("Membership").
Join Time To Build. If you decide it's not for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full.
That's the whole guarantee. You don't need a reason. You don't need to show us any work. A change of mind is enough.
The Guarantee does not apply to a Membership that began with a free trial. Free trials and other special offers have their own terms, set out in section 4.
From time to time we may offer a free trial, a discount, or another special offer on the Time To Build Membership. Each of these is a separate offer with its own terms, shown on the page where you sign up. Those terms apply together with this section.
Free trials and the Guarantee. A free trial takes the place of the Guarantee. It gives you the full trial period to decide whether Time To Build is right for you before you pay anything. If your Membership began with a free trial, you are not eligible for the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, or for the archived 90-Day "You Can't Lose" Guarantee, on any payment. This applies whether your trial converted to a paid Membership, or you cancelled and joined again later.
What happens when your trial ends. When you start a free trial you give us a payment method and agree that, unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Membership continues as a paid subscription. We will charge the Membership fee shown at signup when the trial ends, and again each billing period until you cancel. The length of your trial is shown when you sign up.
Cancelling a free trial. It is your responsibility to keep track of when your trial ends and to cancel before then if you do not want to continue. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel in time and your first payment is taken, that payment is not covered by the Guarantee and is not refundable for change of mind. The same applies to every later payment. You can still cancel at any time to stop all future payments.
Who can take a free trial. A free trial is available once per person, and only to people who have never joined, subscribed to, or held access to the Time To Build Membership before, whether as a paid member, a trial member, through a previous promotion, or through any other arrangement that provided access. We may decline or end a free trial where we reasonably believe someone has already had one or has previously held access.
Previous members. If you have previously held access to Time To Build, you are not eligible for a free trial or for the Guarantee unless we confirm otherwise in writing. This does not change section 5 for members who joined before July 18, 2026.
Other promotions and discounts. The Guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, credit, refund offer, or special membership arrangement, unless that offer says the Guarantee applies. Where more than one offer is available at the same time, you may use only the offer that applies to your purchase. Offers cannot be combined or stacked unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
By starting a free trial or taking up any other special offer, you agree that the terms of that offer and this section apply in place of the Guarantee.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see section 6).
If you joined Time To Build before July 18, 2026, your membership is covered by the 90-Day "You Can't Lose" Guarantee that was in place when you joined. Those terms are archived here: 90-Day Guarantee terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the ACL. This Guarantee is an additional benefit provided by Noske Creative Pty Ltd on top of those rights.
Misuse. We may decline a request where there is evidence of fraud or abuse of the Guarantee or a free trial (for example, repeated join-refund cycling across accounts, taking more than one free trial, chargebacks lodged instead of a refund request, or material breaches of community rules), acting reasonably.
